COMMUNITY ROOM
Ideal for: Parties, retreats, classes, and other small gatherings
Rates: $150 per hour OR $650 for 5 hours
$150 security deposit
$150 additional for day-before setup
Maximum Occupancy: 100/150 with deck
ENTIRE FACILITY & GROUNDS
Ideal for: Weddings, banquets, and bashes
Rates: $1,600 per day
$400 security deposit
$300 additional for day-before setup
Maximum Occupancy: 250/350 with deck & balcony
ADDITIONAL DETAILS & RENTAL AGREEMENT
Amenities: Full kitchen (stove/microwave/refrigerators), 80 folding chairs, (13) 6' plastic rectangular tables, (6) round standing tables, (3) large waste bins, 3-story elevator, and restrooms on all three levels.
Not Included: Room set-up and break down, tablecloths, dishes, cooking utensils and clean-up after your event.
